"Meyers Kleiner Hand-Atlas - 100 Landkarten von 1892" or "Meyer Handy Atlas - 100 Maps of 1892" is made up of scans from the original 1892 publication. Thus, this media is protected by copyright and cannot be duplicated or sold without the prior permission of the publisher Euratlas. The fact to use or to install this CD-ROM on a computer, imply the engagement to respect the terms of the present licensing agreement. This digital atlas is destined to an exclusive use on one computer only. It is not transferable nor transmittable. The CD-ROM can be displaced from a computer to another, under the condition not to be used simultaneously. The scanned pictures contained in the CD-ROM "Meyer Handy Atlas" are protected by the legal rules on intellectual property right. All maps presented in real size on this digital medium are bearing two watermarks: one is crypted and the second is visible. The data capture, the digitalization and the setting out of this CD-ROM are the exclusive property of Christos Nüssli - Euratlas, Milieu 30, 1400 Yverdon-Les-Bains, Switzerland, and cannot be copied or used to other aims that those expressly provided by the present licence, that is:
1) to use, print and transfer in a data processing software the research results for strict personal purpose,
2) it is expressly prohibited to copy, to print or to use the pictures for commercial aims.
Euratlas guarantees this electronic medium for 60 days from the date of purchase. Each defective CD-ROM will be exchanged on simple request accompanied by the deficient medium and the invoice of acquirement. Euratlas is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from this CD-ROM use. Under no case, the liability of Euratlas could exceed the price of this software.
