| Terms of Sale Our maps and softwares are available by mail order or by direct download. Each order placed with us will be honoured within 24 hours during business days, or 72 hours during weekend. All mail orders are sent in a folder with CD-ROM and user's guide, if necessary, inserted in an envelope B5. Dispatching will be made through Swiss Post and delivery will take 3 to 10 days for the European continent and 1 to 4 weeks for other continents.
